Pearl of the Samaná peninsula and the Dominican Republic, Playa Bonita fully deserves its name. The beach is located about 4 kilometers from the town of Las Terrenas, although its beach front is almost completely built, Playa Bonita is still a magical and peaceful place.
Its limits are marked by Punta Bonita to the west, a true spectacle of nature with its calm and transparent waters, the coconut trees falling towards the sea and its grass that reaches the sand, and to the east by Loma Bonita, a small tongue of land rich in lush vegetation that protrudes from the sea.

Hidden by a small hill, in the eastern part of Playa Bonita, and only with a short walk of 3 minutes, you will find Playa Perdida, a beautiful cove that is rarely visited.
